And in most of them I was CRITICING THOSE JEWS, who DON'T WANT EVERYBODY, to KNOW the sacred name of THE CREATOR and I'm taught that, THE JEWS ARE NOT THE CHOSEN PEOPLES OF THE BIBLE !!!.

It is for this cause, that, my clubs was DISCONTINUED !!!.

I was on my way to the library, when I awas hailed down, by BRENDA ANDERSON.
She was FURIOUS, about Her water being ORDERED TURN OFF, by city hall !!!. She said what was going on Macon Georgia a few days ago is going on in Cochran, Georgia NOW !!!.

Mrs. Anderson, says Her water was turn off, even though, she only recieve one billing, in 9 months of living, at Her NEW RESIDENT. She states, that, She is NOT RESPONSIBLE, for sending billing statments, to city customers and should NOT be PENALIZED, for billing NOT MAILED, to her from city hall !!!.

There have, in the past several COMPLAINT, about the MANAGEMENT, of CITY HALL'S responsibility, to IT'S CUSTOMERS. ANITA BROWN, was also FURIOUS, about HER BILLING STATEMENTS. She said, she paid a certain, on Her bills, with the city hall and only come to find out, the next that, the bills DID NOT reflect or show any deductions, from the original amount !!!.

KERSENE HENDERSON, stated the same, that,She paid a payment, on bill, at city halland find out later, that there were NOT deduct from the original amount. And Mrs. Henderson told Me that, when the weather, was so WARM, that, there were NO NEED FOR HEAT. When She recieved her that month billing that the billing were as high, as those when the weather condition were EXTREMELY COLD !!!.

There are those citizen of Cochran and/or customer of city hall, who feels as I do. And that is I DON'T believe, that , the city agents even read the meters. They just write what they feel that particular resident CAN and/or are WILLING to pay for the services and/or can AFFORD to pay for the service they think they recieved the past month.

There were reported, by the legal organ of Cochran, THE COCHRAN JOURNAL NEWSPAPER and the county newspaper, THE BLECKLEY COUNTY NEWS, recently:
That, another person were found DEAD. This a new commer, to the Cochran area, Miss Lewis_______, employed by the catering services, at Georgia Hall, of Middle Georgia College.

It's were reported, that miss Lewis, had been MISSING, for SEVERAL DAYS. When recently, she were found DEAD, inside Her apartment, with the doors LOCKED.
The report also, stated that, Miss Lewis move here, from WEST VIRGINIA.

MY QUESTION TO POLICE and G.B.I. INVESTIGATORS:
(1) Was the doors LOCKED, from the INSIDE or the OUTSIDE ?
(2) Who the LAST PERSON, she was SEEN WITH?
(3) Did she had any ARGUMENTS, with ANYONE, ON THE JOB and/or CAMPUS ?
(4) if so, did a ANYONE, make THREATS AGAINST HER LIFE? !!!. (5)If so, WHO?
(6) Have this PERSON(S) been QUESTIONED, ABOUT THE HER DEATH ?

also, prior, to this dead body, there were another dead body found. The body, of a CITY EMPLOYEE,Whom read GAS and WATER METERS, was found DEAD, in His apartment, a few weeks ago. It was reported, that, this individual DIED, of SUFFOCATION, from GAS FUMES, that, RESUTED FROM His PROPANE GAS TANK, RUNNING OUT OF GAS and the FUMES, from the heater, KILLED THE OCCUPANT, of the resident !!!.

MY QUESTION IS:
the SAME as the above questions, on the other the dead body found.
But, I add this statement: SOME PEOPLE DO BECOME VERY ANGRY WHEN THEIR ULTILTIES ARE DISCONNECTED. AND SOME HAVE TENDENCIES TO SEEK REVENGE !!!.
I were a victim recently, after this man death, of someone ILLEGALLY ENTERING MY PERMISES AND TAMPERING, WITH THE GAS PIPES, TO MY GAS STOVE AND HEATER. Somewhere between the hours of 10p.m.Tues. and 3a.m. Wed. some pathological minded criminal, pushed and/or kiched down my billboard, on the corner of peter st and 5th st., in Cochran, Georgia.
I found the billboard, laying on the ground, when I was leaving Tammie S. Farrow resident, around 3a.m. that morning.

MY OPINION: is that one the organizations, that, were being discussed, on the billboard and/or their self-called niggers, colored peoples, black peoples, dogs, are the PRIME SUSPECTS, in the VANDERLIZISM, of the billboard. Those organizations are (1) The Great white brotherhood order of Thelema. (2)W.I.C.C.A., (3) The left-handed version of THE HERMETIC ORDER OF GOLDEN DAWN, (4) The left-hand FREEMASONS FRATERNITIES, (5)THE CONFEDERATE FAMILIES,in which these order members belong.

I seen several POLICE OFFICERS, late one NIGHT about 1-2 weeks ago, with their car sitting very close, to the ditch, on 5th st. Just sitting there reading my billboard. The UN-MARKED POLICE CAR Appeared, to the same car, that, JOHN THROWER, INVESTIGATIVE POLICE OFFICER, drives regularly.

When I came to my sister home. Her daughter was upset, as well as her friend.

They, were in heatedly disscussion about a rumor, of someone who intends, on shooting my sister daughter.

when I asked her daughter, she refuse to tell me the names, of the person who the rumors said were intended on shooting her.
Both the young ladies, seem to be upset and afraid. But trying not to show their fear.

I reported, to her father the information. He said he would report it to the officer, at the school.

The peoples, who give these poison FOOD and/or DRINKS, have and/or have at their disposal, a CANNERY, located somewhere between Cochran and Hawkinsville, on southeast. dykes st. and another may be on macon highway about 5-10 mile around or about HORN'S AUTO REPAIR SHOP.

I BELIEVE, that, these same HELEN QUARTERS OLD PEOPLES, are RESPONSIBLE, for GIVING the sodas, to the relatives who gave it to me to drink !!!.

DRAG STRIPPING
ON THOMPSON ST, IN COCHRAN, GA


Saturday morning, betwixt the hours of 1:30AM and 2:30AM 2 full size cars were DRAG STRIPPING, down dinah st., starting from mlk,jr.dr. and dinah st. to the end of dinah st. and phillip lane. These two vichicles were traveling at a very excess speed rate, coming to the end, of the intersection, at phillip lane. They were underable, to come to a complete stop, before entering the yard of Shireley Brumdage, on phillip lane. At the rate these two cars, were traveling they could cause the death, of Shirely Brumadge, Her daughter and Grand children.

I think these indivduals whom were driving the 2 cars most be aware of the corrupt policemen who patrol doing these hours of the morning. For only at certain shifts, does the youths act as WILD DOGS !!!

The 2 vehicle descriptions, were a light blue full size Chevrolet 1986 and a full size dark red or burgundy cadillac. I believe I seen these 2 vehicles drag racing early on friday evening.

The night before, there were 2 occupants, on a GO CART. They were traveling at TOP SPEED, on and around the block of Thompson St. and wilmore st. and dinah st and mlk,jr.dr. about several revolutions. This GO CART, did'nt have LIGHTS, on front or back, of the motor vechicle. I was afraid they were going to get themselves seriously hurt or cause someone else to be hurt or killed.

Over the months, there have been a gathering of Black Americans, at the front of COCHRAN POLICE DEPARTMENT and THE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE.

It appears, for some RACIST REASONINGS. The Police Department and/or The Chambers of Commerce, have seen fit to ERECT A FLAG POLE to PROUDLY FLY THE CONFEDY FLAG, on PUBLIC PROPERTY.

During the last Mayor and Councilmen meeting, there have been a large gathering of ANGRY Black Americans CITIZENS of cochran. Who came to the last 2 meeting to speak their objective opinions, about THE DISPLAY of THE CONFEDY FLAG, at or NEAR THE POLICE STATION and/or ON PUBLIC PROPERTIES.

I was told by one ANGRY CITIZEN, that when they request the mayor, to remove the confedy flag. The Mayor and/or Chief..ect., said the flag, was erected in a manner, that IT CANNOT BE REMOVED. And there is a LOCK ON THE FLAG, so it CAN NOT BE TAKEN DOWN !!!

It is said the city attorney, Mr. Phillips said, the flying of the Confedy flag on PUBLIC PROPERTIES, does not VIOLATE ANY STATE OR FEDERAL LAWS.

It was said, by a citizen, that the LOCAL NAACP REPRESENTATIVE, told the mayor or police officers, they will have the NAACP attornies, to look into this matter, to see what CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONs or CRIMINAL VIOLATION, was being committed, by the DISPLAYING OF THE CONFEDERATE FLAG.

MY OPINIONS:

The flying of the CONFERATE FLAG, is a DIRECT PREMEDITATIVE VIOLATION, of THE PROCLAMATION of AMNESTY and THE PROCLAMATION of EMANCIPATION, that ENDED THE CIVIL WAR 1864.

According to some of the readings, of The Proclamation of Amnesty. The Rebells Confedy, SWORE AN OATH, to pledge ALLEGIANCE to OLD GLORY. Which, is Represented, by the PRESIDENT of THE U.S.A and THE U.S. CONGRESS.

Also, according to the readings, of The Proclamation of Emancipation and Amnesty. The OFFICE of PRESIDENT, THE U.S. ARMY duties are to DEFEND Black Americans, from ASSAULTS, by CONFEDERATES FAMILIES or CONFEDY MILITIAS, who attempts to HURT or HARM Black Americans. Because black americans EXERCISE their CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

So, it is my opinion, that, the flying of the confedy Flag ANYWHERE, is CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS and/or maybe interperted, as a DECLARING OF WAR, by those who FAILS to KEEP their AMNESTY OATH Agreements.

Furthermore, I take it as an INSULT. All families, who lost family members, in the civil war, SHOULD take it as an OUTRIGHT INSULT !!!

I DON'T KNOW ANY OTHER COUNTRY WHOM HAVE 2 FLAGS FLYING REPRESENTING THEIR 1 COUNTRY.

This is a copy of the letter I wrote to the CDC on-line, after I report an suspected anthrax scare.

I called to the YOUR east coast office, of cdc, to report a purchase, of a candy snack. This candy, appeared to be covered or coated with a white substance. And a I.G.A. store brand name orange soda, which had an unusual strong and oily taste to it.

But the female on the phone said, it was not anthrax. And said, she did'nt know what was the strong bitter oily taste, of the beverage.

She told Me, to call 911 emergency. I did and Officer Sears, answered my call. But said, that the white substance, was'nt anthrax and He did'nt know what the bitter oily taste.

I asked Him, I thought someone, was suppose to take the suspected anthrax food and beverage, to have it tested, to see if the foods was contaminated. But, no such test was done.

I guess One, has to be a WHITE PERSON, before of the emergency systems, be put into motion.

I still have the suspected anthrax contaminationed food and beverage. If your office, is interested or concerned, about this matter.

GENEVA - Tests performed on the latest audiotape statement attributed to Osama bin Laden (news - web sites) showed the speaker was an impostor, though insufficient data rendered the test inconclusive, a Swiss research institute said Friday.

Herve Bourlard, director of Dalle Molle Institute for Perceptual Artificial Intelligence, said he tended to agree with the outcome that the tape does not feature the voice of the long-absent terrorist leader, but that the margin of error was too great to be absolutely certain.

"I'd have to say the test was inconclusive but I would lean toward it being an impostor," Bourlard, a voice recognition expert, said. "If I had a gun to my head and was forced to lean one way or the other, I'd say it wasn't bin Laden. But we can't be sure. We didn't have enough data."

The review of the tape was commissioned by France-2 television, which provided the Martigny, Switzerland-based institute with two hours of videotape recordings of bin Laden, his accomplices and other Arab speakers.

The CIA (news - web sites) and National Security Agency, which conducted their own technical and linguistic analysis earlier this month, concluded the Nov. 12 recording ? first aired two weeks ago on the Arab satellite television state Al-Jazeera ? is what it seems: bin Laden himself, reading a statement that promises new terrorism against the United States.

In Washington, a U.S. intelligence official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said Friday that American intelligence agencies have not changed their assessment that the recent bin Laden message is a genuine, unedited recording of the al-Qaida leader.

The Swiss institute first created a computerized model of bin Laden's voice based on video recordings. To verify the model's reliability, scientists then tested that model with other recordings which were from bin Laden and others which were not.

The computer made one error in 20 tests conducted, Bourlard said, mistaking bin Laden's voice as a fake.

"That's a lot," said Bourlard. "We worry because there were so few samples to create the model with and only 20 samples to test with. One mistake in 20 is not very reliable."

On the final test conducted with the Nov. 12 recording aired on Al-Jazeera, the computer determined the voice was not bin Laden's. He said the recording was of very poor quality.

"The CIA may be sure but no scientist in the world will tell you that you can be 100 percent sure in this area. It's not possible," Bourlard said. "Politicians will always tell you they're certain, scientists will always say there is doubt.

"We are using state-of-the-art technology and methods. There are only about 10 of us (labs) in the world capable of doing these kinds of tests reliably and we're all using the same methods. I can't see how they can be so certain."

Bourlard said to increase reliability, more samples would be needed both to create the model as well as test it.

"There are rumors that bin Laden used to work for the CIA so maybe they have a lot more voice samples," Bourlard said. "If the CIA had 2,000 samples, then it might be more reliable."

In the tape, the speaker refers to recent terrorist strikes U.S. officials believe are connected to bin Laden's al-Qaida network. If fully verified, it would provide the first evidence in a year that bin Laden survived U.S. bombing in Afghanistan (news - web sites).

This is 2002 going into 2003. It should be realized, at this time, by the officials, of cochran and Bleckley, That cochran-Bleckley have grown tremendously, in population.

The citizens, of the county, can not keep TOSSING GARBAGE, in their BACK YARD or IN THE BUSHES !!!

There has to be a county sanitation pick-up program implemented, by the Bleckley County Government. It maybe LESS COSTLY, If the city and county meet and plan a JOINT VENTURE SANITATION PROGRAM.

Regardless, the problems, about the sanitation, in the suburban and urban areas, have GOT TO BE SOLVED !!!

It appears, there are a very well known defraud, going in the middle georgia area. There are these trailer home sales companies, which sell trailers for more than 135, 000.

But the materials these trailers, are manufactured with, is of the most fragile materials. These very expensive trailer home, are not worth the high prices, the customers, are forced to pay for them.

I feel, that, if The F.T.C. have some of these trailer appraised, for their true value and their durability. There would be refunds due, to most all the customers, in the middle georgia area.

Most of the trailers sold, for 135 thousand dollars, are worth only 10 to 20% of the claimed price. The material of these trailer, are not costly to the builders. And the materials, is very poor quality. The price put on these type trailers, are far too high.

I heard on the news, that, 2 HIGH JUDGES, have ruled The Constitution amendment, the right to bear arms, does not give the american citizens the right to own fire arms.

What I want to know, is how come THESE judges, can give a ruling totally conflicting, to the many ruling of past Judges, on this SAME subject matter ?

Every since the ratifying, of the constitution. These amendments, have been ruled, as giving the american citizens, the right to bear arms.

The FOREFATHERS, of the constitution, stated, americans, has a right to defend or protect themselves, their families and his properties, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.

The constitution, have in it instructions and guidelines. These guides, are for making sure laws read are to the understanding the intent of the law. the constitutional structure, read to this meaning. If there is no laws of congress or amendment prohibiting an act. Then the american citizens, has a right to commit the act.

Everybody beared arms, at the time the constitution was ratified. It was normal, for a man to have a fire arm used to hunt for food, for his family, to protect himself, his family and his property from intruders or wild animals.

I don't think these are REPUTABLE Judges, with the best interests, of ALL AMERICANS, at heart. I feel these Judges, are from BIG BUSINESS...ect., who are trying to DISARM the fighting americans. Americans, Who are VERY WILLING to fight, to protect Himself and his fellow americans.

3 Killed in Dodge County

Deputies and Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents in Dodge County are investigating a shooting that left three people dead.

Dodge County Sheriff Ed Graham says the shootings happened between 2 o'clock and 3:40 Friday morning.

Deputies found 37-year old James Brimberry, II, lying in the middle of Edna Moore Road next to a car. They found two more bodies in the backseat of the car, 24-year-old Renee Bryant and 34-year-old Charlene Jenkins. All three are from Cochran.

Sheriff Graham says this is the first triple-homicide in Dodge County in the last 30 years.

The Dodge County Coroner took the bodies to the crime lab in Atlanta for autopsies.

But NBC?s reporting about the Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability (ECFA) was off the wall even though Paul Nelson, its president, was also on the program. It is a fact that ECFA is no more accountable or less devious then Evangelist Benny Hinn.

ECFA was founded by Billy Graham's business manager after the Southern Baptist Evangelist�was embarrassed in 1977 when the Charlotte Observer discovered an undisclosed $23-million fund in Texas, apparently not mentioned in the accountings of the Minneapolis headquarters of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.� As a result Graham's business manager led the formation of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability after Graham said on a national telecast, ". . . there are some charlatans coming along and the public ought to be informed about them and warned against them, " "stated K. Hadden and Charles E. Swann in their book Prime Time Preachers.

Jeffrey K. Hadden and Charles E. Swann in their book Prime Time Preachers: The Rising Power of Televangelism (1) also stated:

In 1977 Senator Mark Hatfield informed a group of evangelical leaders that if they did not assume responsibility for regulating themselves there was every likelihood that legislation would be required. In fact, Congressman Charles Wilson of Texas had already introduced a bill that would have required disclosure "at the point of solicitation."

In December 1977 representatives of thirty-two evangelical groups met in Chicago to discuss cooperative efforts. Thomas Getman, chief legislative assistant to Senator Hatfield, told the group, "Legislation is not important; disclosure is." Getman encouraged "a voluntary disclosure program . . . that will preclude the necessity of federal intervention into the philanthropic and religious sector."

For this is what many Evangelical Evangelists including Benny Hinn and Billy Graham request 'their sacrificial giving?"� But the life style of TV evangelist such as Benny Hinn, Paul Crouch, Morris Cerrulo, Robert Tilton. Billy and Franklin Graham is more like famous movie stars than disciples of Jesus and their financial accountability to their donors is mostly non-existent. So-called audited financial statements when distributed by many of the Evangelical Evangelist are a joke and do not tell the true story of how the donated money was spent but rather how they were recorded. They don?t reveal the total compensation of the chairman or founder or any of his family members or what he had charged to his indirectly owned religious non-profit corporation.�

The Associated Baptist Press - www.abpnews.com on April 3, 2001 also reported that "About half of Baptist organizations contacted by the independent newspaper Baptists Today would not disclose salary information for their top executive. Three Southern Baptist Convention entities said policies allowed them to release only salary ranges.

Presidents Albert Mohler of Southern Seminary in Louisville, Ky., and Kenneth Hemphill of Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, declined to provide any information on compensation. New Orleans Seminary did not return numerous phone calls regarding the salary of President Charles Kelley. However, the IRS requires all colleges and universities to report the salaries of the top five paid staff members, Brumley explained."

Many evangelists in America, such as Billy and Franklin Graham, belong to the Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability that purports to work on behalf of the donor but in reality exists for the spenders. Although ECFA has in its possessions the total compensation� of all the chairmen of religious evangelical non-profit organizations that belong to it, it will not disclose them.� Requests for such information from ECFA are stonewalled!

The Tampa Tribune had reported that "Billy Graham encourages religious leaders to be open about their salaries and publish their finances" But this does not change the fact that Rev. Billy, Ned� and� Franklin Graham, Rev, Jesse Jackson� or any other prominent Baptist leader in America are not open about their total salaries and those of their family members and special friends. It is a fact that none of the prominent� Southern Baptist evangelists, including Billy and Ned, Franklin Graham, Bill Bright, Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, or Louis Paula who belong to the Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability reveal their total compensation package and those of their family members and special friends to their donors upon request.�

None of the Evangelical evangelists release to the public their personal income tax as President Bill Clinton did or President Bush does?� All these evangelists demand that others be honest and accountable and demonstrate integrity but refuse to release their personal income tax, less people see how much they are stealing from the sheep?

�

A prominent family run evangelical ministry like Billy and Franklin Graham has a responsibility to be open, to show integrity and give accountability and to do all things above board. So to hide their total compensation package and those of their family and special friends shows that something fishing is going on. But all of this is not surprising if one examines the history of ECFA and its statements.

�

It is a fact that Fundamental Evangelical leaders in America, even those who belong to ECFA, never show their total compensation to their donors. They are not stupid. If they disclose anything is just your basic salary but not their personal income tax?

�

So to whom is the Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability accountable to? To themselves? Definitely not to their donors or the public as seen by their own words! ECFA has as its Mission Statement that� it is committed to helping Christ-centered organizations earn the public's trust through developing and maintaining standards of accountability that convey God-honoring ethical practices.�

�

Also Its donor bill of rights states that its responsibility to make sure your charity's standards and guidelines assure you of a "bill of rights" as a donor. You have the right to:
1. Know how the funds of an organization are being spent.
2. Know what the programs you support are accomplishing.
3. Know that the organization is in compliance with federal, state, and municipal laws.
4. Restrict or designate your gifts to a particular project.
5. A response to your inquiries about finances and programs.
6. Visit offices and program sites of an organization to talk personally with the staff.

�

Nothing in the donor's� "bill of rights" talks about checking� into illegal or unusual expenses or salaries? But ECFA states that it wants to earn the public's trust through developing and maintaining standards of accountability that convey God-honoring ethical practices.

�

In other words ECFA tells you what kind of information you can request and what kind of information they will give you. But they will not explain why Billy Graham, 84, as Chairman has been taking a 100 % salary plus special perks including special secretary and medical staff for the last ten years and working less than 25 percent of the time. No other employee of B.G.E.A has these kinds of privileges!
